Interesting new information emerges about Android 13 . Some tipsters have discovered three exciting new features that will soon make their debut on Google’s operating system. The first is dedicated to phone calls, while the second is designed for audiophiles.

The new features have not yet been officially announced by Google. In essence, these are hidden – or dormant – functions discovered by sifting through the code of the Android 13 QPR1 beta . The same code led to the discovery of some other interesting information, including the mention of two still unreleased products: the Google Pixel Fold and a mysterious Pixel Tablet Pro.

The first new feature for Android 13 is called Clear Calling : as you can guess from the name, it uses machine learning to remove background noises and hums during phone calls. It does not matter if the user is calling from a crowded place, such as public transport, or in adverse weather conditions: the software will remove the noises by providing the recipient of the call with a clean voice free of annoying interference.

Clear Calling will also work with VOIP phone calls, for example using WhatsApp or other messaging applications.

Then there is Spatial Audio , or 3D Audio, which will improve the sound quality when playing songs, videos or multimedia content that support this technology. And finally, Audio Bluetooth LE , which will optimize performance and consumption when using Bluetooth headsets.
