Two different styles are reportedly scheduled to be introduced at the Xiaomi event on December 1. The event was postponed due to the death of Jiang Zemin, the former general secretary of the Communist Party of China. It looks like the two PC designs are still showing up a little too early for people to pick while we wait for a new date to be set.
The first of these, the Xiaomi Host Mini PC, appears to be a small form factor (SFF) device showcased in a basic version. In other words, only 100W XM22AL5X PSU is installed in the system in the image. The rest of the hardware that will be included in the box has not been announced because it is unlikely that Xiaomi will sell it as a full-featured kit.
Now let’s move on to the other system we know so much about. It is a small computer with a form factor similar to a Mac Mini or Intel NUC. It is expected to have a price tag of $570 while being powered by a 45W MD Ryzen 7 6800H APU with a Radeon 680M RDNA2 GPU, 16GB of memory and a 512GB SSD.
