The presentation was scheduled for December 1 but was ultimately postponed without explanation. Fortunately, however, we can already get an idea of what the new Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro will be like.
The manufacturer shared the first photos taken using the two new phones on Weibo. Recall that the Pro model mounts the new Sony IMX989 sensor – one of the largest sensors ever equipped on a smartphone, which consequently is able to offer high-quality shots and capture a greater amount of light. Judge for yourself: the photos – although coming from Xiaomi and not from an independent tester – are certainly spectacular.
We also know a little more about the memory slots in which the two phones will be available. The complete list – which applies to both the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro – includes four versions:
- 8/128GB
- 8/256GB
- 12/256GB
- 12/512GB
Internal memory uses the UFS 4.0 standard, except for the 128GB variant which will be UFS 3.1
On the cover you can find a photo of the two smartphones, which both incorporate – not without important upheavals – the lines debuted with the last generation of top of the range branded Xiaomi.
We remind you that both smartphones will mount the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC , which we told you about here .
