VPN feature coming to Google One app

Google is finally bringing a promised feature to its Pixel 7 series smartphones. The work that has been going on for a while has come to an end.
Google first announced this feature for the Pixel 7 series at the “Made by Google” event, where it also launched the Pixel Watch and phones. Now, the company is finally bringing its announced free VPN feature via the Google One app. Coming to its content, VPN stands for Virtual Private Network and it helps a person to change their identity when online and even helps to encrypt your internet data. In other words, it basically makes it harder for others to gain unwanted access to your private data or track your online location.
This even helps protect when using public WiFi networks. Now, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro users can expect to get the feature, and the company is also putting together a support page listing the countries where the feature is currently available.
Notably, Google also claimed that if you are from any of these regions, the VPN provided by Google One will still be functional even if you travel to another country or region. Free VPN services will also be available to Google One subscribers with 2TB of online storage for around $9.99/month.
