The number of oil rigs in the country remained unchanged at 627 for the week of November 26 – December 2, according to weekly data released by oilfield services company Baker Hughes.

The barrel of Brent oil, which closed Thursday at $ 86.88, ended Friday at $ 85.57.
West Texas (WTI) type crude oil closed Friday at $80.30 a barrel. WTI-type crude oil finished at $81.33 on Thursday.
