The Witcher Remake will be a true open world, it’s official

The Witcher Remake will have the difficult task of reinventing such an important but very dated title from a technological point of view , and will do so by making it open world.
Because if many players have known the video game saga with the beloved third chapter, which you can always find on Amazon , not many have actually played the first.
The announcement of the remake came some time ago , but with little information about it except that, of course, it will reinvent the original game.
Even if, for now, The Witcher Remake is already missing a fundamental detail of the original title.

And, as Twinfinite reports , now some small details regarding the project emerge.
After the announcement, today CD Projekt Red unbuttoned itself on the occasion of the presentation of the company’s financial results .
In the report to investors, the Polish team has in fact defined The Witcher Remake as a ” story- based single-player open-world RPG ” .
Furthermore, as it was reasonable to imagine, the remake will also be a ” modern re -imagining of 2007’s The Witcher” as its main focus.
For fans of adventures that give full freedom, CD Projekt Red looks like it will be able to give what they want as Geralt.
Although, it must be said, The Witcher Remake will be developed by Fool’s Theory, an internal team that includes many veterans of the series.
The title will be developed entirely in Unreal Engine 5 , and we can get an idea of what it will be like thanks to a fan who tried to imagine what it could be like thanks to an amateur job.
In the meantime we have finally seen The Witcher 3 in a next-gen version which, fortunately, seems to be something very far from what happened with Cyberpunk 2077 .
Moreover, the remake is just one of the many projects related to the saga that have been announced by CD Projekt Red, and which are many: here are the details of all the announcements made.
