The Supermassive team has announced that The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR will be a launch game for the PlayStation VR2 headset. The game will therefore be available starting February 23, 2023 to coincide with the arrival of the new generation Sony viewer on the market.
For the uninitiated, The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR is the new shooter for PS VR 2 set in the universe of The Dark Pictures Anthology. Developed by Supermassive Games, the game will take advantage of all the features of the new generation Sony viewer to immerse the player in an extremely immersive thrilling experience.

Switchback VR will take you on a multi-sensory ride in which you will have to survive the terrifying ghost ship and its distorted apparitions, face terrible demonic incarnations of “witches” persecuted in 17th century New England and then fight for your life with supernatural vampires trapped below the desert. Finally, you must escape from the sadistic and bloodthirsty serial killer in the horrific World’s Fair Hotel and find out how your story relates to the sinister worlds encountered in this hellish ride.
