Statement from the USA on Operation Claw-Sword and the attacks of the terrorist organization YPG/PKK
While the US Department of State does not condemn the PKK/YPG terrorist organization’s rocket attacks against Turkey, in its written statement on the subject, “We convey our sincere condolences for the civilians who lost their lives in Turkey and Syria.” made his statement.
The Ministry issued a written statement regarding the Claw-Sword Air Operation organized by Turkey against terrorist targets in northern Iraq and Syria, and the terrorist organization YPG/PKK’s attacks targeting civilians in Gaziantep’s Karkamış district and Kilis.
The following statements were included in the statement, which does not condemn the rocket attacks targeting civilians in Turkey:

Terrorist organization YPG/PKK targets civilians
The terrorist organization, which has come to an end after the successful operations organized by the Turkish Armed Forces against the terror corridor that is being tried to be created on the southern border of Turkey, targets civilians.

The terrorist organization carried out 10 mortar/rocket attacks against Gaziantep’s Karkamış district from the north of Syria yesterday.
The mortars/rockets fired by the terrorists hit a high school, 2 houses, and a truck near the Karkamış Border Gate, and some rockets fell on empty land.
In the attack, 2 civilians, including a teacher and a child, lost their lives and 11 people were injured. It was reported that the pregnant woman, who was declared dead at the first moment, is intubated and her treatment continues.
Three rockets were fired at the Öncüpınar Border Gate area in Kilis yesterday by terrorists from northern Syria. No casualties or injuries were reported in the attack.
A soldier and 7 police officers were injured as a result of the firing of rockets by the members of the terrorist organization YPG/PKK in the Öncüpınar Border Gate area in Kilis the previous day. 4 rockets fired by the members of the terrorist organization into the Karkamış district of Gaziantep in the previous evening had hit an empty area.
Thus, since the previous day, the bloody terrorist organization has carried out 18 rocket/mortar attacks against civilians, regardless of the age of children. 2 civilians lost their lives and 19 were injured in the treacherous attacks.
184 terrorists neutralized in Operation Claw Sword
Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar announced that 184 terrorists have been neutralized by ground fire support vehicles and planes since the beginning of Operation Claw Sword against terrorist targets in northern Iraq and Syria.
