Stating that Russia’s electricity shipments to China increased by 33 percent in the 10 months of the year compared to the same period of the previous year, Seçin said, “This year, Inter RAO’s shipments to China reached 4 billion kilowatt-hours in the January-October period due to extreme heat and power cuts. ” said.
Pointing out that they have also increased their oil shipments to China, Seçin said, “Russia’s oil shipments to China increased by 9.5 percent in the 10 months of the year compared to the same period of the previous year, and reached 72 million tons.
