The sensational Returnal also arrives on PC, after its debut on PlayStation 5, and here is a new trailer that shows the features of this new version.
After the great success of the debut on PlayStation 5, Returnal is also preparing to arrive on PC, so that many new players can join Selene’s journey on Atropos, starting from February 15th. A new trailer highlights the care taken in the development of the port and its technical features.
Compared to the PS5 version, of course, it will be possible to have more control over the graphics settings, for starters. NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR have been added which will allow you to increase your framerate without compromising resolution. NVIDIA NIS has also been added for those gamers who want to see an increase in performance, but don’t have hardware that supports DLSS or FSR.
Ray-traced shadows remain a hallmark of Returnal, but our friends at Climax Studios have added support for dynamic reflections as well. This increases the contrast of the blacks, making the neon colored bullets stand out even more. Enjoy these graphics in two resolution formats, Ultrawide 21:9 and Super Ultrawide 32:9. Admire every structure, landscape and glimpse of Atropos as you explore the planet, but don’t let your guard down: a giant boss may be just around the corner.
Grab your favorite headphones to experience Returnal 3D audio on PC Enjoy award-winning audio and music with Dolby Atmos, two 3D audio solutions, or 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound. And with custom ray-traced audio, you can fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Returnal.
Finally, there’s no better way to play Returnal than with a Dualsense controller which, thanks to adaptive triggers and haptic feedback, will immerse you even more in the game. Use touch to identify threats and resources: sight and hearing may not be enough to survive. Keyboard and mouse support is also available, along with a wide range of customization options to create commands that are just right for you.
Here you can find the page dedicated to the PC version on the PlayStation website.
