Limited Run Games announces the arrival of the Collector’s Edition of Return to Monkey Island. Let’s see what it contains.
Limited Run Games has finally unveiled what will be the contents of the splendid Collector’s Edition dedicated to Return to Monkey Island, the third chapter of the historic point and click series created by Ron Gilbert. So let’s see the list of contents of this special version of the game:
- A physical copy of Return to Monkey Island
- The Collector’s Edition Box
- The original soundtrack
- Lechuck’s logbook
- A letter from Ron Gilbert and Dave Grossman
- A scrapbook
- A puffer fish shaped stress ball
- A poster
- A golden key
- A brooch in the shape of a decoy
In addition to the Collector’s Edition, it will also be possible to pre-order the physical edition of the game available for both PC and PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles at a price of $34.99. The Collector’s Ediiton, however, will be available at a price of $89.99. As specified in the tweet published on the official profile of Limited Run Games, the pre-orders will start on January 20, precisely at 16:00 Italian time, and will be closed on March 5.
