Pikmin 4: release date officially revealed during the Nintendo Direct.
During this evening’s Nintendo Direct, Pikmin 4 returned to show itself with a new gameplay video and complete with a release date. Here’s when it will be available.
Pikmin 4 finally has a release date. The game will be available starting July 21, 2023, as revealed at the end of the gameplay trailer that you can find below. Pikmin 4 was shown in action during tonight’s Direct for the first time. During the movie, a strange type of Pikmin with canine features also appeared, whose characteristics and abilities will be revealed in the future.
For the uninitiated, Pikmin is a series of real-time strategy video games created by Shigeru Miyamoto himself. The player’s objective is to control a large number of colorful little creatures to accomplish various tasks, such as building new structures, destroying barriers and defeating enemies.
Pikmin 4 will be available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.
