Performance-focused gaming phone gets Red Magic 8 Pro certification

Red Magic 8 Pro, which has been on the agenda from time to time with various leaks and rumors, was seen this week while receiving the 3C certificate. The fact that Nubia has entered the process of obtaining certification for its new phone means that the release of the phone is very close.

The information in the 3C database does not contain much details about the technical features of the phone. However, nubia made a statement in the past weeks and confirmed that its new phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Since the Red Magic 8 Pro is a performance-oriented gaming phone, it was already expected that it would use the best Android-powered chipset on the market, namely the recently introduced Snadpragon 8 Gen 2.

The information in the 3C database shows that the phone will have 165W fast charging feature. If you remember, Red Magic 7 Pro and 7S Pro had 135W fast charging feature. As if 135W wasn’t impressive enough, the Red Magic 8 Pro sets the bar a bit higher with 165W. The 5000 mAh battery of Red Magic 7 Pro was going from 0 to 100 in just 15 minutes thanks to this fast charging technology. As the charging speed has increased, we can expect this time to be shorter in Magic 8 Pro.
