Final Fantasy XVI will be fully dubbed in Italian

With a post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony has officially announced that Final Fantasy 16 will be fully dubbed in Italian. The list of voice actors also appeared in the post , which we report below:

This is not insignificant news, given that it is the first time that a title in the Final Fantasy series has been dubbed into Italian. The publication of the Italian version of the trailer shown during The Game Awards 2022 had already anticipated the announcement, but only now has the official confirmation arrived.

Announced at the 2020 PlayStation Showcase , Final Fantasy XVI  is the new chapter of the famous RPG series produced by Square Enix. The game stands out for its  markedly action imprint  and its style capable of bringing back a  medieval fantasy that refers to the very first chapters of the series, obviously reworked in a more modern key. Yoshida also recently confirmed that the game will receive a demo before launch. Players will therefore finally be able to get a taste of the new final fantasy to test the game mechanics by hand and get a clearer idea of ​​what the potential of this new chapter is.

This is the story of Clive Rosfield, a warrior invested with the title of First Shield of Rosaria and sworn to protect his younger brother Joshua, the Dominant of the Phoenix, Eikon of Fire. Soon, Clive will be involved in a terrible tragedy and will swear vengeance on the Eikon Ifrit, a dark and mysterious entity harbinger of a terrible calamity.
