NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 for laptops: pre-order opening date revealed

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 for laptops: pre-order opening date revealed.
We finally know when the first NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 gaming laptops will start being available for pre-order.
NVIDIA unveiled the entire line-up of GeForce RTX 40 GPUs for laptops at CES in Las Vegas. We find the high-end RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 GPUs, which immediately stood out for their incredibly high performance.
They are able to match some of the most powerful desktop GPUs of the last generation, with the advantage that obviously we are talking about products for laptops and therefore optimized for compact and portable products.
Finally we also know when they will start to be available for pre-order. According to WCCF Tech, the first laptops using the new GeForce RXT 40 will start at a minimum price of $1999 and will be available for pre-order starting February 8.
Starting February 8, the vast majority of next-generation gaming laptops with RTX 40 presented in Las Vegas should be available for pre-order.
Having said that, we remind you that the GeForce RTX 4090 will have similar – if not perfectly superimposable – performances to those of the RTX 3090 for desktops, while the RTX 4080 are similar to the 12GB RTX 3080 for desktops.
Each laptop, depending on the manufacturer, will have its own proprietary cooling system, as well as specific power and thermal efficiency limits. All specifications that inevitably have an impact on the real performance of the GPUs. The advice is to wait for the reviews of the upcoming laptops before deciding how and where to spend your money.
