The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) shared the body camera footage of police officers Rex Engelbert and Michael Collazo, who were part of the team responding to the shooting at a school in Nashville, Tennessee, and neutralized the attacker.
The footage shows the moment the police teams entered the school, the search made on the first floor, and the moments when the attacker, whom they detected next to a window on the second floor, was neutralized.

Speaking to CNN International, Patton said Hale had been suicidal in the past.
“Audrey shared that she was suicidal in the past and I knew I had to take it seriously,” Patton said.
