Floods claim 13 lives in Philippines

The number of people who lost their lives in the floods that occurred after heavy rains in the Philippines rose to 13. It was recorded that approximately 45,382 people were evacuated in the floods caused by heavy rains in at least 6 regions of the country, including 18 provinces.
