Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias attended the European Union (EU) foreign ministers meeting held in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.

Answering questions from members of the press before the meeting, Dendias said that they would discuss issues such as the Russia-Ukraine War, women’s rights in Afghanistan, and climate change.

Dendias, who went to Turkey and made investigations in the disaster area after the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes that devastated 10 provinces centered in Kahramanmaraş, said, “Apart from all these, first of all, I would like to inform my colleagues about my visit to the earthquake-affected regions of Turkey and to help the earthquake victims in both Syria and Turkey. “I will have the opportunity to tell you how we can stand by your side. I am deeply saddened to say this, but an unprecedented disaster has occurred. As a result of all this, Turkey needs a huge amount of help and support,” he said.
