Final Fantasy 16: unboxing video for the Collector’s Edition

Square Enix has posted on Twitter an unboxing video of the Japanese Collector’s Edition of Final Fantasy 16, the highly anticipated new chapter of the series arriving in June. Let’s see the video:
As you can see from the video, this splendid collector’s edition will include the PS5 copy of the game, a beautiful exclusive statue , showing Phoenix and Ifrit in the moment of battle, a collection of Eikon metallic pins, a box with unique artwork, a steelbook starring Clive Rosfield and the cloth map depicting Valisthea. In addition, you will also have access to numerous exclusive game add-ons, as well as a digital mini-soundtrack and a digital mini-artbook.
Announced at the 2020 PlayStation Showcase , Final Fantasy XVI is the new chapter of the famous RPG series produced by Square Enix. The game stands out for its markedly action imprint and its style capable of bringing back a medieval fantasy that refers to the very first chapters of the series, obviously reworked in a more modern key.
Yoshida also recently confirmed that the game will receive a demo before launch. Players will therefore finally be able to get a taste of the new final fantasy to test the game mechanics by hand and get a clearer idea of what the potential of this new chapter is.
Final Fantasy XVI will be available starting June 22, 2023 exclusively on PS5.
